Changed your mind? Something not right?
Here’s what you need to know about returns, refunds and your consumer rights.
Our returns policy
We want returns to be straightforward. The information below explains how to return an item, what happens if something is faulty or not as described, and how your rights apply to clearance and selected health or hygiene products.
For most online purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send them back.
Faulty goods and goods that are not as described are handled separately from change-of-mind returns and your statutory rights remain protected.
Sale pricing does not remove your statutory rights. Where a specific condition or imperfection was clearly disclosed before purchase, that disclosed characteristic is part of the product description.
Where the legal health or hygiene exception applies, sealed goods may lose the change-of-mind cancellation right once the seal has been broken.
Contact us with your order details and the reason for the return.
Follow the return instructions provided and keep appropriate proof of postage.
Eligible refunds are handled in accordance with your consumer rights and the applicable return circumstances.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights. We may ask for reasonable proof of purchase when dealing with a return or refund.
