Clear terms. No unnecessary small print.
These terms explain how shopping with LessthanRRP works and the rights and responsibilities that apply.
Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the basis on which you can browse and shop with LessthanRRP, including information about orders, payments, delivery, returns and your consumer rights.
The legal identity, business address, customer email and VAT number (if applicable) must be completed in the editable Terms & Conditions page before the store accepts live orders.
About us & these terms
These terms apply when a consumer purchases goods from LessthanRRP through this website. The editable page above should identify the legal trader operating LessthanRRP and provide the required contact details.
Products, condition & descriptions
We aim to describe products accurately. Some stock may be clearance, open-box, ex-display or have condition-specific packaging or imperfections. Any material condition information should be disclosed on the product page before purchase. Your statutory rights are not excluded.
Prices, RRP & savings
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and applicable taxes should be included where required. RRP means Recommended Retail Price and is used as a comparison reference. Savings and promotional claims must be accurate and transparent. If an obvious pricing error occurs, the customer should be contacted before fulfilment rather than being charged a different price without agreement.
Orders & contract
Customers must be able to review and correct order information before placing an order. The checkout must make clear that placing the order creates an obligation to pay. The final contract-formation wording should match the store’s actual order and payment workflow and must be completed before launch.
Payment & availability
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders remain subject to stock availability. Where stock cannot be supplied after an order has been accepted, the customer should be informed and any amount due back refunded using the appropriate payment route.
Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated times should be provided before an order is placed. Unless another delivery time is agreed, consumer distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days. See Delivery Information for the store’s current operational details.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
Applicable online cancellation rights and the process for returns are explained on the Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under applicable UK consumer law.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Goods must meet statutory requirements, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable. We do not exclude or restrict liability where the law does not permit us to do so.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or statutory responsibility for faulty or misdescribed goods. Any other limitation must remain fair, transparent and lawful.
Website, promotions & intellectual property
Promotions are subject to any clearly stated promotional conditions. Website content, branding and design remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Customers must not misuse the website or interfere with its normal operation.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the store’s Privacy Policy and any applicable cookie information. Those documents should explain how customer data is used and the lawful basis for relevant processing.
Law, complaints & contact
These terms are intended for a UK consumer store. Final governing-law, jurisdiction, complaints and any applicable dispute-resolution wording should be confirmed alongside the trader’s legal details before launch.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or reduce rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
